RouteWave Dispatch LLC – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” “Carrier,” “Driver,” or “You”) and RouteWave Dispatch LLC (“RouteWave,” “Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) governing your access to and use of our website https://routewave.us
1. Company Overview
RouteWave Dispatch LLC is a U.S.-registered logistics and dispatch management company providing professional truck dispatching, load planning, billing, compliance assistance, and related administrative services to independent owner-operators, carriers, and fleet owners across the United States.
2. Scope of Services
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Truck Dispatching and Load Coordination
Route and Trip Planning
Billing, Documentation, and Invoicing Assistance
Compliance and Safety Administration
Communication and Scheduling Support
Fleet and Owner-Operator Support
RouteWave Dispatch LLC operates as an independent dispatch service and does not own or operate any transportation vehicles or act as a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder.
3. Client Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
Hold a valid operating authority (MC/DOT) number if applicable;
Provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging our Services; and
Maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required for your operations.
4. Account and Communication
Clients may be required to create an account or provide business details for dispatch coordination. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all login credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All official communications will be sent via email to the addresses provided during registration (e.g., info@routewave.us or billing@routewave.us )
5. Fees and Payments
All payments are due in U.S. dollars (USD) via accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and other gateways active in the U.S.
Invoices will specify payment due dates. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
Fees for dispatch and administrative services are clearly stated in service agreements or invoices and are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Payments are securely processed through third-party PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. RouteWave Dispatch LLC does not store or directly handle cardholder data.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for verified duplicate payments, billing errors, or unrendered services.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@routewave.us
7. Service Limitations
RouteWave Dispatch LLC acts solely as an administrative and dispatching support provider. We do not control, operate, or assume liability for:
The performance of carriers or drivers;
Delivery times or freight conditions;
Any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party actions.
Clients remain solely responsible for vehicle operations, compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations, and all safety requirements.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all business, client, and operational information disclosed during the course of engagement, and not to use such information for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, content, logos, and software displayed on the Website, is the exclusive property of RouteWave Dispatch LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services and Website are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Site or Services, nor do we warrant the accuracy of third-party data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
RouteWave Dispatch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use or inability to use our Services.
The total aggregate liability of RouteWave Dispatch LLC for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to such claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RouteWave Dispatch LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Misuse of our Services; or
Violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, strikes, or telecommunications failures.
14. Termination
RouteWave Dispatch LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Wyoming.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our Website. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service agreement or invoice, constitute the entire understanding between the Client and RouteWave Dispatch LLC and supersede all prior communications or representations.
